NYE! new year's eve make-up look

Hi you gorgeous people,

I love this time of the year. It's freezing outside but inside it's nice and warm. Cosy with the Christmas treelights on, candles lit, hot coco in my hands and my loving family around me. We are all trying to make these cold winterdays as cosy as possible. 

For my make-up look i didn't go too crazy. I love nude looks, warm romantic looks. So i didn't feel the need to exaggerate.

Babyliss curling wand

My NYE make-up look for tonight: I used brown en copper tints and a creamy shimmer liquid eyeshadow to really brighten up my eyes. Went under my waterline with a gorgeous brown eyepencil to smoke it out a bit. It's still very subtile and could be used as a everyday make-up look. With the falsies it really made it look romantic. I also did my hair with a curling wand from Babyliss. It has a thick barrel so it's easy to create big waves. I leave the ends of my hair off the barrel to give it a less polished look.



The pictures are taken both in daylight and artificial light because of the dark weather outside. I will post a picture with all the products i used down below.

Hallo mooie mensen,

Ik hou van deze tijd van het jaar. Het vriest buiten maar binnen is het lekker warm. Gezellig met de kerstboomlichtjes aan, kaarsjes aan, warme chocomel in mijn handen en mijn liefhebbende gezin om me heen. We proberen er allemaal gezellige winterdagen van te maken. 

Voor mijn make-up look ben ik niet uit de band gesprongen. Ik hou van nudes en van romantische looks. Vond het niet nodig om te overdrijven.

Mijn NYE make-up look voor vanavond: Bruine en koper tinten met een creamy, glinsterende vloeibare oogschaduw om mijn oogkleur uit te laten komen. Onder mijn waterlijn een mooie bruine oogpotlood die ik erna heb vervaagd voor een smokey effect. Het is subtiel en kan gebruikt worden voor een alledaagse make-up. Met de valse wimpers gaf het mijn look een romantische uitstraling.

Mijn haar heb ik gekruld met een Babyliss krultang. Deze heeft een dikke diameter waarmee ik grote golven kan creëren. De eindjes van mijn haar wikkel ik er niet omheen zodat het een natuurlijkere finish krijgt en niet zo gepolijst.

De foto's zijn in natuurlijk en kunstmatig licht genomen door het donkere weer buiten. Alle producten die ik heb gebruikt staan op de foto hieronder.

Today i feel RED!

Hi you beauties, today i finally decided to start my own beautyblog. I've been thinking about it for a long time and i just can't get around it. This is one thing that i love very much. Put make-up on and feel pretty. Find new products to try and tell my friends all about it. So for the sake of all the beautylovers here it goes.

At first i want to start with this look which i've created with minimalistic make up products. but the ones I'm going to discuss here is this gorgeous lippencil and lipliner.

The lipliner is from Collistar professional lipliner nr. 7 and the lippencil is from Maybelline Color drama in '520 Light it up'. I think both pencil and liner worked well for me. The liner kept the lippencil from flowing over my lipline. The lippencil has a creamy texture which makes it possible to apply it very smoothly. it dries up matte but does not dry out my lips. The color is longlasting but every now and then i touch up a bit. I would definately recommend this one for RED lovers. As you can see the color is stunning! This picture is taken in daylight. Hoi beautylovers, vandaag heb ik eindelijk besloten om een beautyblog te starten. Ik ben er al een tijdje aan aan het denken en ik kan er gewoon niet omheen. Dit is iets waar ik erg van hou. Make up aanbrengen en me mooi voelen. Nieuwe producten ontdekken, uitproberen en het willen delen met al je vrienden. Dus ter wille van alle beautylovers..here we go!

Ten eerste wil ik beginnen met deze look die ik heb gecreeërd met minimalistische make-up producten. Maar de producten die ik ga bespreken zijn de lippotlood en lippencil.

De lippotlood is van Collistar Professional lipliner in nr.7 en de lippencil is van Maybelline in de kleur '520 Light it up'. Beiden hadden een goede uitwerking bij mij. De lippotlood zorgde ervoor dat de lippencil niet vloeide over mijn liplijn. De textuur van de lippencil is 'creamy' en smeert daarom goed uit. Het droogt mat op maar droogt mijn lippen niet uit. Het blijft lang zitten maar zo nu en dan werk ik het wel bij. Een echte aanrader voor ROOD liefhebbers. Zoals je ziet is de kleur verbluffend! Deze foto is in daglicht genomen.
